B etrayal Recovery
A balanced and non-judgemental space
The discovery of an affair can feel disorienting and overwhelming. Many couples find themselves unsure of how to move forward--caught between intense emotions, unanswered questions, and uncertainty about whether the relationship can be repaired. Recovery from a betrayal is not a single conversation-it is a process. The healing required after betrayal can require a specific structure and the guidance of a trained clinician to ensure sustainable repair. The integrative model approach used at Juniper is evidence-based and paced intentionally, allowing both partners to be heard without becoming more overwhelmed.
Our work will focus on:
• Creating emotional stability after disclosure
• Supporting accountability and clarity
• Gradually rebuilding trust where possible
• Moving through the process in a way that is thoughtful, grounded, and emotionally grounded
Betrayal recovery requires a space where both partners can be honest about their experience. Therapy provides structure, support, and guidance without taking sides--while still holding space for accountability and meaningful change.
